Magnetones Tech Demo Kit

One padded sample that lets you judge the mechanism on your own bench before a customer asks about it. The backing magnet comes pre-installed in the pad, and three resonator styles are included, plastic, flat metal, and domed metal, so you can feel the hold, see the gap that prevents contact buzzing, and swap between styles yourself.

The backing magnet is not designed to bear any seating or retention load; on a real install the pad floats and seats on your shellac exactly as normal, about 15 minutes added to an overhaul, and the install labor is yours to bill. Punch specs: 6mm for pads under 20mm, 8mm for 20mm and over.

If the mechanism earns its place on your bench, the magnets are sold on their own, 30 per horn set, your own resonator stock and rivets welcome. Questions come straight to me, I'm a repair tech too.
